Brazil's Ferbasa Net Sales up 27.1% in September

Brazilian ferroalloy producer Ferbasa reported net sales of 81.4mn reais (US$38mn) in September, up 27.1% year-on-year, the company said in a statement. Total sales reached 28,279 mt, ferrosilicon sales were 5,981 mt in September, down 13.88% compared to the same period one year ago. Figures were near the lowest in the last twelve months for the Brazilian producer.
