Brazil’s Vale announced its sales of ferroalloy totaled 30,000 tons in the first quarter, dropping by 41.2% year on year.

Meanwhile, the sales of manganese ore totaled 363,000 tons, soaring by 192.7% compared to the same period a year ago.

The company’s nickel sales reached 68,000 tons, an increase of 4.6% year on year. Sales of cobalt were 1,099 tons, soaring by 86% on the yearly basis.
